Dilworth is one of Charlotte’s historic neighborhoods. It has older, bungalow style homes with lots of architectural detail and charm. Many of these homes were built in the 1930s and 1940s and have been renovated. You have your tree-lined streets here and the neighborhood is very walkable. Latta Park, a .31 acre urban park, is right in the center of the neighborhood. It has walking trails, tennis and basketball courts, etc. Freedom Park is located on East Boulevard, which runs right through Dilworth. The neighborhood is also minutes from Uptown Charlotte and South End and convenient to the light rail system. Homes range from the mid $200s to $1.7 million.
